其實共有4個生日蛋糕,因為怕栗子蛋糕細個得滯,而且負責買的人覺oatmeal cheeses cake好好樣又想試下,咁就買多左個。
我諗我應該比誰都開心,因為我最仲意食蛋糕!其他朋友一致覺得我係甜品變態的原因,唔係大為我識得食,而係我可以全日以蛋糕甜品代替正餐的事實!

差不多所有人都讚呢個蛋糕好味,我都覺得好味,但我話呢個唔係我的最愛。原因係覺得好悶,同太快覺得「漏」而且食黎食去得一個變化:忌廉+蛋糕+caramel crunch,因為齋食忌廉+蛋糕=無乜味,怇地都係低甜味,一定要夾埋好甜的caramel crunch才會好味。平時若果係其他的水果忌廉蛋糕,由於水果雖甜,但通常會帶小小酸味,所以忌廉或蛋糕配合時都會加多些甜味。
這個strawberry cream cake with caramel crunch當時我型容個感覺係「好大波的女仔」。(其實我都知點解到咁形容佢,可能係覺得好大,好爆,好多,壓住晒,但無變化。)
Y即刻話,其實呢度除左我之後無人有咁大個波,所以佢地體會唔到。
噢!我徹底咁輸晒…(=.=)!!!

蛋糕3號:壽桃蛋糕(內裡係傳統的什果忌廉蛋糕)
呢個個樣夠爆,裡面的傳統什果忌廉蛋糕都幾好。相比其他的2個蛋糕,忌廉的味道明顯地無咁「高級」同埋香。
