有/無益的牛奶和中藥料

昨天去濕的中藥料煲冬瓜湯時(一大包的乾中藥料),雜貨店嬸嬸叮囑一定要先把料用水浸20-30分鐘,倒掉水才煲。
我問:係咪因為有硫磺水澆在藥上作防蟲?
嬸嬸有點唔好意思地說:係呀,浸一浸記住倒左佢換另些新水來煲。
我問:有無啲新鮮的料無曬硫磺水?
嬸嬸:藥料全都在大陸運落黎,基本上全部都有澆硫磺,真沒辦法。


我只小也很喜歡喝各種奶類食物,牛奶、芝士、花奶、煉奶,可能是受廣告影響,大家總覺得牛奶很健康,雖然有各種添加劑,但連米也加添加劑了,基本上甚麼也無一幸免,本來以為吃一點就好,但未想過原來牛奶是不適合人喝,有朋友也不能喝牛奶,喝牛奶會令他胃痛。

現在很少喝牛奶,但芝士戒不到呢 :P



即使孩子只喝過少量牛奶,也會習慣牛奶的味道,漸漸喜歡上它。當人類喜歡上某種東西的味道,只要能吃到,他們就會繼續吃。

牛奶是給牛喝的,對小牛有益,但對人卻沒有好處,為甚麼我們要吃一些不應該吃的東西?不必要地浪費土地,不必要地製迼環境問題,這實在沒道理。

Children has small amount of milk, they would become custom to it's taste, and they would grow to like the taste. And usually human when they grow to like the taste of something, if it's available they will consume it.

Cows' milk is good for the cows, it's good for the calf but not good for human,
why would we want to eat the food we should not to eating, and waste the land we should not be wasting, and creating environmental problem that we should not be doing that either, that makes not sense.
