錄像節目《七個身體和一個演出》由七位人體模特兒的錄像訪問及一個演出錄影組成。
七位人體模特兒在訪問中，講出自己對身體自主的想法及如何實踐，引導眾觀去思考身體自主的不同可能。
《我見到佢……》演出記錄則是體模社於2023年2月的策劃的多媒體表演節目，展示四位人體模特兒作自我探索，帶出身體歷史、身體命運、如何觀看身體等。配合現場樂手和Viusal Jockey的影像，展現影像和音樂與身體的融合。
This programme features 7 interviews with life models and 1 recorded performance. The interviews focus on body autonomy and offer different perspectives. The recorded performance is a multimedia show curated by the Life Model Club in February 2023, featuring 4 models exploring bodily history, destiny, and gaze. The exhibition combines visuals, music, and the human body.
