又是上星期五音樂課的sketch，這天的課題是 Musical Quotations，Hektor同學主講20世紀的前的幾個例子，而龔老師就集中講近代的，尤其介紹了1968年 Luciano Berio: Sinfonia。Sinfonia是首相當複雜的曲，要分辨它所有的Quotations 是很花時間的遊戲。
這天我一進課室便看到滿桌的食物、深黃色膠碟、白色紙杯、白色膠叉膠匙，同學們已經在開餐了，我像來參加大食會似的，非常熱鬧。這天的課我沒有太大興趣，主要是我連基本的音樂誰是誰作也未能聽悉，要把Quotations 找出來根本不易，找到了也未能明白其真正用意何在，雖然老師們有說其實有些Quotations未必是在曲中有明顯的象徵意義。
最後浩文同學提出：「思其意不思其詞」和”It's not important where it comes from. It's more important where you brings it to.”道出了Quotations 的真正意。
而我覺得可以說：「思其意不思其詞」的人應該經過一番努力或可能有豐富的知識，現在人們都很懶，記得前幾天看到有人寫"Less is more”的出處是來自某美容廣告，我心裡一陣無奈，應是出自建築師Mies的吧，是是旦旦在wikipedia也可以找到，為甚麼懶成這樣子=,=。所以我覺得我還是該多學習”where it comes from”好好用功，至少不要被自己取笑，不然的話我真的甚麼也不能"brings it to”了。哈 XD
ps. 昨天工作很忙很忙，一直工作到今早五時多。除了因為工作也因為畫畫，近來想畫畫的心情不能歇止，一想畫就甚麼也不理地先把畫畫好才有心情進行其他事情。
但今早上班遲大到卻不是因為遲起床，而是在出門時襯了很多套衫都覺得不滿意，結果在換第五套時才覺得可以勉強出門。十一時多回到公司時發現所穿的底褲顏色和牛仔褲的顏不相襯，心裡再次一沉 >_< 唉...
雖然昨晚只睡了幾個小時，但工作時不覺得累，午餐時間不但沒有睡覺，反而是忍不住要畫畫。之後我走入厠格裡突然感到腦袋內有一閃光閃過，好像身體的疲倦從體內閃出來了。在茶水間看著泡在杯中的Earl Grey茶包，覺得今天很滿足和實在。

Just a comment on one of your drawings. Wittgenstein (an Austrian philosopher in 20th Century) once says something like "you can never draw your soul in a picture, it can only manifest itself in the painting." In one of your paintings, you tried to draw your legs, your hands and so on, but there seems to be a limit of how much you could portray yourself in the picture. Yet it doesn't mean that your soul was not there. It manifests (or displays) itself in the way you saw the world.
