my 1st German class

I went to the wrong classroom for my 1st German class in Berlin. It takes me half an hour to find the right place. My classmates are from different countries, our teacher ask us to write »Herzlich Willkommen!« on the board:

Russisch: добро пожаловать

Spanish: Bienvenidos!

Polnisch: Witam serdecznie!

Brangla: স্বাগত

Hindi: आपका स्वागत है

Arabisch: ترحيب

Suqheli: Karibu

Koutouesisch: 非常歡迎

Geogisch: სტუმარს

After I write the Chinese characters on the board, our German teacher said, "Now you know German is more simple."

However, I think German is more difficult than Chinese :P

I think what makes German more challenging are the different tenses and all of the formalities. German grammar is certainly more difficult than Chinese grammar, but perhaps they are equally challenging to learn.

yes, i think so.
but i like to read the german books and poems, they have wider contents and "more" meanings, i mean more words, more accurate meaning then the chinese.
