==RECIPE==
(this recipe also to my friends who miss the soy sauce chicken drumsticks from Hong Kong in Europe)
Ingredient (for 6 drum stick + 2 eggs)
soy sauce/ 10 spoons 生抽/ 豉油
sweet soy sauce/ a quarter of the bottle 老抽
dry Chilli/ 2pc
lemon grass/ dash, 5-6pc
fresh Chilli/ half
Cinnamon stick/ 2pc
Ginger/ 3-4 slides
Fresh Parsley/ dash
5 spice pepper/ dash, some of them are uncrushed
anis/ dash, some of them are uncrushed
(((could not find the Chinese crystal sugar「冰糖」, it would be better to added if you can find it. 找不到「冰糖」,如果找到最好加冰糖)))
add water, almost cover the meat
cook for 1hr 30 mins - 2 hrs
turned the meat around every 20-30 mins
removed the eggs shells after the eggs are boiled
set aside for the over night,
reheat it in the morning
