簡介：
這攝影作品靈感來自一首詩《缺席理論》（The Theory of Absence）。我認為這詩以數學原理的方式去描寫「原理」和「人」產生的互動，是科學和情感的結合，成就「缺席中相遇」的浪漫，而又帶有哲理的詩意。攝影對我來說也是「科學和情感結合」的展現，借著對這首詩的演繹，期待能成就另一種浪漫。
《缺席理論》一詩的作者敦雅．米卡埃爾（Dunya Mikhail）原作以阿拉伯文書寫，而我這裡引用的是由中文大學出版社出版的同名書籍，中文由薛慶國譯，英文則由Elizabeth Winslow所譯。

The idea of this photography comes from a poem titled "The Theory of Absence". I find it romantic and poetic to describe the human interaction in terms of mathematical principles, and as a combination of science and emotion, resulting in a "meeting in the absence". I wish this work could show the same.
"The Theory of Absence" is written by Dunya Mikhail originally in Arabic. This title was taken from the book title published by The Chinese University Press, translated by Elizabeth Winslow.
