高原反應在到 Lhasa 的第三天開始，我在青年旅館睡足兩天。我的朋友﹣﹣藏族女孩 Jean 和江西來的小張都很照顧我。第二天他們搬走，房間來了三位北京人，智琴、雲嘉和保玉，他們替我買藥買水果，照顧我直到我康復。
不再頭痛的第三天下午，我體力開始恢復。我急於外出走走，我們便到甜茶館去。我一邊走路一邊想睡，走不了十多步便很累，好不容易到了茶館，我便為她們畫畫。珊珊也是從香港來的，她一點高原反應也沒有，她說我的廣東話像外國人，我說因為在 Nepal 講英文太久，口音還未適應過來
現在她們都回家了，我一個人在 Lhasa，房間裡又來了位「高反」的人。哈哈

I was suffered from the Altitude Sickness on the 3rd day arrival in LHASA. The Chinese young people in the hostel took good care of me, which warm my heart, this was the 1st time I were proud to be Chinese but not Hongkongie. Thank you very much.
