Buck Wheat bread

My favourite food, Buck Wheat bread, Tibetan style pancake with chili sauce (I ate with honey :P) was made by the Tibetan TSHIRING in LANGTANG, Nepal.
但在西藏 LHASA 卻找不到這種 Buck Wheat bread,卻有用粟米造的甜 pancake 也一樣好吃。
